Education: BA, Harvard College (1962). MPA, Princeton School of Public and International Affairs (1967). 

Career: 1967-1976: Executive Director and Senior Vice President, Fund for Peace and World Policy Institute. 1976-2014: Michael Washburn Associates, Caesar and Washburn, Washburn Carmichael (nonprofit consulting firms). Arts clients included New Museum, Artists Space, Arts Connection, Roulette, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Studio Museum in Harlem, and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Photography: 2015-Present: Since retiring, He has devoted a significant portion of his time photography and served for seven years on the Board of the Color Camera Club of Westchester as Secretary, Vice President for Competition Judges Recruitment, and member of the Steering Committee for the CCCW Annual International Competition.

I am a photographer. My practice includes The Hudson River, Travel, and Abstracts. My pictures have been selected in more than 50 juried exhibitions at galleries, museums, libraries and in several exhibition catalogues and publications.
